Introducing Oliver Richard Samuel Scatliff, born at 11:35pm on September 5, weighing 7lbs 7oz and measuring 19″ from his toe to the top of his head. Mom and baby are doing well, and big brothers are super ecstatic! Praise the Lord with us!
